Because it's any amount of government spending for one. And for two (this one is more of my opinion than the last one) the US has a problem where we, as a culture, view poor people as somehow morally or ethically broken, which is what

Why? My best friend uses a wheelchair and has dexterity issues in his hands due to a stroke. Exercise for him is (a) expensive and (b) really really really painful. If he could take a pill that simulated this it would be amazing for his lif

As a farmer my customer is the grain elevator, co-op, or sale barn. I don't have to hustle for sales, just play the market. At least when I still farmed that's what it was. I answered to myself, not to customers or clients.

What about fighting charges? In the US, if I flag a charge on my credit card it's immediately cancelled and they deal with it. How does that work?

Left out by society in general, and the modern world specifically. Rural Middle- to low-income folks are who I interact with mostly. No fringe beliefs, just the unfortunate circumstance of being born in places that peaked 60 years ago, but

Where I live, 500k would be enough to live my life until I die using basic safe investments and planning. I might not be able to take lavish trips, but I could live comfortably off of that for decades. Do you live in an urban USA area?
