I'm not sure that falls to Toyota to do, though. I would commend them for what they have done, that's a large and direct improvement to the lives of the needy. Just throwing money at the problem rarely results in the same.

This attitude is something that I've heard from many colleagues. If you're not being promoted within your company, staying there for more than two to three years is bad for you. I wonder if hiring managers approach it the same way
