the reason i find coding fun is it's "technically and ethically complex" and hard work and challenging. If something isn't hard and challenging, i cant focus and the thing is boring. Not sure what this article offers

You can learn all those things you've just said, in Java, very little boiler plate. Java to me, is a mixture of all languages, or most languages have at least elements of java in them. Hence useful to start with, picking up others are

...maybe start with an easier language set and then transfer the skills....even as a 10 year developer I found ruby weird/challenging to pick up and all the new web development languages/paradigms. It's taken me a good month!

When I click a task to edit, I can't go back to the task list without refreshing the page or hitting delete? I think there might be an issue with scrolling, looks like I should be able to scroll as the description box is cut off a bit
