Boy, there are a lot of negative comments here. Google is contributing to the Linux kernel and released their tool as open source. Why all the hate? Anyway, back on topic: would fixing these race conditions be only beneficial to stability,

DMARC solves part of the problem. There are many attack vectors when it comes to email. For a more sophisticated con it is usually much easier to register a domain that looks like the victim domain. However, the real problem (as what happen

Because that would hurt engagement, and free dating apps rely on that. Remember, if something is free, then you are the product.

I agree that dating is basically marketing for yourself. But dating sites are there for those who are generally bad at that. The requirement of marketing 101 to be successful on a dating site kind of defeats the purpose.

I think there is a big early adopter advantage of any dating platform. After a while, the platform just deteriorates and starts attracting opportunists. I also know a bunch of couples that met on tinder, but it's all from 3 years ago.

I've tried a number of dating websites in the past year, and all of them are like this. First and foremost: No matter how hard they try to hide it, the male/female balance on all straight dating sites is completely off. I'd

I have build a lot of admin dashboards in my career, and I've always wondered if any of the designers of these templates actually build or even used a dashboard before. What you need in 99% of the cases are just grids and forms, which

This threshold is commonly referred to as quantum supremacy. It could be that IBM just passed that threshold, but I'm by no means an expert on this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_supremacy

Reminds me of the story of how Porsche wanted to name their car '901', but Peugeot had (has?) a trademark on the three number combination with a zero in the middle. So Porsche had to rename their car to '911'. The rest i

I guess what I meant to say is: automotive tech is consolidating. Saying it is slowing down was a mistake and I definitely stepped on many toes by doing so.

I think this is a result of automotive technical progress slowing down. And I don't mean that in a bad way. For the past 100 years, we have been developing better and better cars, with both breakthroughs and incremental improvements in

50km a day in charge capacity is the absolute best-case scenario. In reality you should count on half of that. What you gain in additional charge will offset the AC power draw you need to cool down your car after you parked it in the sun fo
