Reading back, there's a lot of whinging and moaning in it, with the occasional flash of insight. I don't think there's much of value to the community there. Thanks for the kind words, and I hope you have, or will, overcome yo

Nah, just Americans being American. Probably kidnapped by aliens and then subjected to a Satanic ritual as well. I need a name for this phenomenon. Maybe North American Hallucination Syndrome, or maybe McDonalds Induced Reality Deviation or

I feel that this is exactly what it is. In fact, I've got a two year old journal entry detailing a theory very close to this, that I wrote in the depths of a scorching case of depression. My depression was preceded by several months of

Absolutely fascinating article. I wasn't aware of any of the Navajo history of Farichild Semiconductors. Thanks for sharing.

I used to visit regularly when I lived in the UK. It's right on the train line, go and see an important part of modern history.

My daughter has aphantasia. I can't imagine what it must be like for her - my visual imagination is ridiculously rich. I can traumatize myself with what I can see in my mind's eye it's so strong, but for her, she has absolute

I came here to say this. I have no idea what a socket might be. I flush my pens monthly or if I intend to put it away for a while.

I did this about four years ago. My entire data storage system is now in painstakingly cross-referenced journals instead of Org-Mode. My handwriting is still unpleasant, but I find it helps me retain information by writing it down and slowin

So would this study have been able to show a massive uptick in myocarditis/pericarditis (if it had occurred)? Or is it pretty much useless? From my limited understanding, 2.56x next to none is still pretty close to next to none.

I'm just annoyed that I was villified for saying "I don't know, but surely it's possible that the virus could have escaped from the Wuhan Institute" in early 2021, and now here we all are chattering away about it li
