It doesn't have to be so negative I think. There are two broad classes: changing regulations and clarifying/improving existing ones. The former are the easier ones, a shift in regulation can create new markets (and destroy others)

And even then, it's not always easy to explain the difference. In Switzerland for instance, the French-speaking cantons have been massively more infected than the German-speaking ones. And while there are different rules depending on t

It might have started for self-defence, but became insurrectionist once the vikings had been defeated. "Why should we pay fealty to a liege that fails at his most basic duty?" The terms used are "conjurés/conjuration&quo

Happened to me a while back, but with an in-person test. They had a French teacher invigilating a biology test, and he didn't care at all. In the end, "every one" was working together, the solutions were written on the blackb

I don't think the quality of the lecturers matters that much. It's all about the students for me: good students create an environment and expectations that drive the whole thing. An excellent teacher isn't going to drag avera

I personally would say it matters quite a bit. In most cases the train is not competitive with a car, both in term of time and money. Convenience is less clear: availability is good during peak time, but the trains are crowded so good luck

I think it is really difficult to fix the issue where having a job is worse than not having one. If you make sure the benefits are below what the market more or less defines as minimum wage, then people on benefits are going to have a dread

One place where it does not work is when the user has to do something to update, e.g. flash a device. In that case, you quickly get update fatigue from the user. From experience, every couple of months or so is a good trade-off.
