Huh, had no idea, thanks for bringing that up. Obvious follow-up question: Say the insurance company is using a third-party that they buy some kind of individual "healthiness/sickness benchmark" from, that just so happens to

It’s not this issue itself as much as the half-assed practical non-support for Linux, and the suspicious malware they push on you. At this rate one of the new contenders like Pine, Librem etc should hopefully be mature enough by the point I

They're most likely referring to the provider reselling your data (basically you're trading scattered tracking on many providers to NextDNS getting all your DNS lookups, which can be resold without your knowledge)

I disagree with the critique. Not all software or services need to be businesses - they don't present themselves as one. It's a student project fur fun and maybe recognition. You could also argue in the other direction that they c

I was listening to the Unchained podcast when DPRK defector Yeonmi Park was a guest. She escaped from the DPRK when she was 16 and just having watched the movie Titanic (that her uncle had gotten hold of) once as a kid influenced her thinki

Hijack Windows Update on the infrastructure level and you're good to go, basically. All it takes is compromising the ISP, the DNS provider or the local network admin.

I disagree here - there's definitely some minimum amount of resources you want to use to make k8s worth it memory- and CPU-wise. You may be able to get by with 1 CPU and 1GB of RAM for your master (which is just coordinating, not run
