   Can't recommend a task tracker that does that but how about using your favorite one and hot keying that one? The most usable one (and the one I use would be a tiling WM). Another would be dependent on the desktop environment you use. K

   For make you could use bear ( https://github.com/rizsotto/Bear ). It allows you to generate a compilation database that is equivalent to that of cmake projects.
