As others have pointed out, that only flattens one level (which, admittedly, is a much more useful thing most of the time - arbitrarily deeply nested structures are relatively rare). If you do want to do this, the better method is: iter

I mean, I'd argue it's a screwdriver and you want an electric screwdriver. Sure, I applaud that effort, but it doesn't mean the original thing is bad, just that it could be improved.

While there may well be common trends, Git is a tool for arbitrary content - it's going to be pretty hard to accurately find passwords/secrets being committed. There are tools out there for more specific sets of stuff, but expecti

What a nonsense - the violence has been minimal, and no more than the usual violent idiots you get in any situation, from any group. Also, I would buy you not wanting to vote for a DNC candidate because of the way they handle their primarie

Valve aren't looking to make money here (well, obviously they are, but not directly from this like you are implying). $5k a game means literally nothing to them - the amount they make from sales makes that a joke. This is a matter of c

I chose to run a bleeding edge distro to be on the bleeding edge. Requiring me to make the changes to be on the bleeding edge manually makes no sense. Expecting that is as weird as expecting super stable LTS releases to run the latest-and-g

It feels pretty obvious to me - it's a well managed, useful product that offers a hosted version for free for any use, and it's truly universal - there aren't many developers who don't want source code control. There is

This just feels like culture clash to me - the whole change to Python 3 was about accepting the cost of breaking changes to avoid dragging around useless cruft and bad decisions forever. The idea that we should then never use `python` to me

With the new free ending DLC, I think the endings had enough difference and meaning with your past decisions that the issue with "ending 1, 2 or 3" is solved. I really disagree that the extended cut ending wasn't enough - I t

In some cases you have the ability to add certs, but not to run the LetsEncrypt software (e.g: shared hosting) - with the short expiry date on LetsEncrypt certs, doing it manually is error-prone.
