   The American diet has always lacked fermented foods. Once I fixed this, everything started working again. Now I have to actively avoid Americans that don't understand this. Some have such strong feelings, adverse to trying new things.

   They kept it no set agenda. My manager tried to tell me we should fight management. I left. Either (he|she) wanted me to leave or that place is in the middle of a fight I don't want to be apart of. Stay on topic of technology please.

   It sounds like you've already decided to give the talk. Have you discovered the rationale? Why would your manager us his leverage to influence your career path? Managers learn through failure like everybody else.
