There's so much good advice in this article. My number one point that i learned the hard way during two decades of writing software: take breaks when your body tells you to. It's an absolute killer if you force yourself to work on

No. I indeed paid a human to set up a training plan and show me how to correctly execute the exercises. Highly recommend that to anybody starting with weightlifting. There's so much you can do wrong.

I just tried Wget the other month and sadly can't recommend it. The UX of the website is horrible, and their mobile app is a buggy mess (at least on iOS). No matter if I wanted to start a workout, edit weights for an exercise, or brows

Sure if you want to use Fortran to build your app that's probably a no-go. But does it really matter if it's Go, JS, Java, Ruby, Python or PHP?

> without compatible games About 30% of the games I own on Steam would run on my Mac. I think that's quite much for a platform that nobody likes to develop for. But to be fair, I have few mainstream games like CoD, LoL or whatever.

I would be very careful with using Bartender now. It was a great app, but recently bought by a shady company known for buying apps to milk them for money and user data. I recommend Ice, as linked by Khaine, which is open source, free, and w
