   Classifying complexity from the prompt alone was always the weak point. Most of what makes a task hard shows up after the first tool call.

   I still make a throwaway branch before a complicated rebase. It costs nothing and turns the whole operation into a low-stakes edit instead of a leap of faith.

   The 35ms incremental rebuild is the part that sold me. I'd be curious to see the same benchmark on ARM once -fincremental gets there.
