The overwhelming majority of people who can't code would fail horribly both at jobs and competitions, this effect will drown out everything else no matter how the distribution looks for the few percent who can code.

They are selling data but they are not selling personal information, big difference. If I can't pay them to lookup information about a specific person then they don't sell personal information.

I'm not sure that this has to do with her being a woman, everyone else on the panel have wikipedia pages while she doesn't. In such a scenario there will obviously be a power differential irrespective of the genders involved. htt
