What kind of stuff? Gamers want to talk about the game and engage with the developers. GitHub must be the absolute worst alternative.

Why? I follow a lot of solo game developers who only use Discord and I completely understand them not wanting do deal with multiple platforms. They should focus on on the game.

You're the one doing the gaslighting now. "It doesn't work for me, therefore it can't possibly work for anyone else."

Dumb question but I don't expect any service to support all countries, so what makes BuyMeACoffee different? My service (which also involves money) only supports one country in the world.

That's not vibe coding. You need to use something where it applies to code changes automatically or you're not fast enough to actually be vibing. Oneshotting it like that just means you get stunlocked when running into errors or d

All KYC processes require copying in Europe. There's nothing that's blanket illegal under GDPR. If you have consent you can collect and store whatever you want.

I honestly feel bad for anyone primarily associating RPG with weapons and not the beautiful world of role-playing games. You're missing out.

The community showcase makes it look all over the place and hard to understand what it is (is it just another engine?). I love the current graphics on the homepage though. I'm also sure it's a good choice for their target audience

Your initial opinion was the right one. Too bad you let yourself be bullied into changing it by the vocal minority of online personalities. Artists that are not influencers have already embraced AI.

I want a browser to be able to run arbitrary code. That's the whole point. I want to play a game or use a complex application in the browser without having to install anything.

Can't relate at all. I've never had so much fun programming as I have now. All the boring and tedious parts are gone and I can finally focus on the code I love to write.

This guy's patronizing rants has made me avoid his software (µWebSockets) even though it seems good. Stop trying to be Torvalds. Even the docs used to be riddled with it: > In the 1970s, programming was an elite's task. Today p
