Sadly, that seems to be the case. Cambridge Analytica did far worse than Obama's team. They lied about the purpose of the app to steal social graph data. But fundamentally, the abuse of social graph information is the same. They may

I agree. However, it only works when trade is fair. Overall, what has happened is that low skill and unskilled jobs have gone to where labour is the cheapest. This has benefitted the poorest of the poor, at the expense of poor people in f

I've basically stopped buying things from Amazon because it is so hard to tell where your goods are coming from. With co-mingling even if you buy from a legitimate seller it is impossible to ensure that you get a legitimate product. I

I meant in terms of performance and nativeness. I was thinking of like Netbeans and Eclipse, which were both great IDEs yet sucked with performance (i.e. start up time, memory consumption) and fitting in with system idioms.

The only thing I worry about is, if Amazon does decimate the retail industry, then where will young people find employment? Youth unemployment in Australia is already quite high at 12.7%. If there is further erosion of the strength of indu

Its the same concept. If a user can't use his computer because of a local DoS its still a security issue. To make this really simple, imagine if I ran a fork bomb on one server. That makes the server unavailable for users who want to
