It looks like it would be legal if it is distinguishable as being purely fictional, where what a reasonable person would believe is taken into account. For those who do not want this type of search query to be in their history, have a link:

If I were going to do something so very illegal, I'd research the hell out of it. If I were going to run something like this, I'd pretty much want to be an expert on the architecture and software stack. I'd be asking hundreds

Wait, what? Mattresses? I am confused and, I confess, Google is not exactly helpful - like you suggested. I don't think I've ever been scammed when buying a mattress? I don't think anyone has even tried to scam me while buyin

One of my traveling joys is the different types of bananas. Entirely anecdotal, but I've traveled a great deal. The cavendish cultivar seems to be the most common across the globe but I'd not be surprised to find out that it is mo

I consider it a luxury to not need to carry a phone. I only know where my phone currently is because I made the effort to find it. I have a couple of dollars and can afford lots of luxuries. Yet, it's the things I don't do that se

I have watched ISIS recruitment videos. They have pretty catchy music and are well produced, actually. I've watched GPY stuff, older Taliban stuff, all that. I'm not even religious and it wasn't even scholarly. I was just cur

Also, I should have been more clear. They may have requested my transcripts when I applied for security clearance. I'm not even sure where my physical diploma is. I'm sure it's in a box somewhere.

Yeah, it seems easy enough to do client side unless one wants it to be synchronized across devices. Then, I imagine it'd be easy for the email provider to do, though it'd need client support or to be in the browser.

I normally suggest reading in plain text, as the default. This may not work for everyone, but I find no use for rich format emails. It's much better today, but there used to be quite a few vulnerabilities via rich formatted emails.
