As an auto tech, Tesla has fire walled their information from the usual distributors. A AllData Or Mitchell repair subscription cover every (popular) brand except Tesla. Their cost for a single mechanic is cheaper than Tesla's.

He is correct in highlighting the very poor 3rd party service available to Tesla owners specifically because Tesla is reluctant to release repair information and software. A Tesla service subscription to get access to schematics and trouble

The Amd APU's would be interesting although under powered. They give you the option of setting "VRAM" size to almost any percentage of system memory.

As I recall Intel was none too happy with Abit for unlocking multiprocessing capability in Celerons. I don't recall that Abit lasted very long after the BP6. i wonder if Abit was punished by Intel?

I was thinking of connecting it directly to the front differential as a secondary means of propulsion around town. I would imagine you might be able to use it as 4wd on demand, too.

I am relatively sure that Apple has made concessions to the Chinese government to allow it's existence in the Chinese market. I would guess that other Governments might feel slighted if not offered the same access.

I have a Ryzen 7 4700g. I wanted to compare this to the GPU side of the M1. On Geekbench OpenGL test, it was slightly faster than the M1. I would like to find a better test.

Having researched Tesla battery packs, failure occurs when one cell goes into high resistance state. There is a Company that repairs battery packs by cutting the bad cell out of the circuit. They charge approx $5k to do this. I am guessing

As someone that isn't a developer, I wonder how many zero days come from people inside the software team. To simply have knowledge of a difficult bug that hasn't been resolved would seem to be valuable commodity in a closed source
