I just don't think there's much point in having the conversation unless people can elucidate what exactly they're complaining about. All films have "messaging".

The most upfront "message" I can think of from the Star Wars sequels is TLJ's assertion that you don't need to be born important to do important things. Is that what we're talking about?

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre actually is good though. I watched it quite recently and was surprised how good the cinematography, soundtrack, performances etc were. Admittedly good in a cheap and gnarly way that suited the subject matter,

How will it help if people stop donating to the Against Malaria Foundation? It seems to me that'll cost a lot of lives and not benefit public health infrastructure one jot.

As per the other replies, you've seriously misunderstood some fundamentals about EA. But aside from that: > The better solution is to (1) increase tax rates on the wealthiest sectors of the economy by restoring 1960s-era tax bracket

I'm ashamed to say I haven't kept up, but haven't there been big changes in typing over the last few python versions? Eg. there's a new syntax for generic types in 3.12.
