Just looked it up, T-Mobile has a NOPORT account level security protection. It requires that a valid ID is presented in store to port your number to another carrier or swap SIMs.

That's a great insight. I never experienced chest caving anxiety ever, until I did once. Now it's much more likely. On the flip side there is treatment to allergies, controlled small doses to triggers. I think anxiety may work sim

Flow requires difficulty that correctly matches skill. If it's too easy, it isn't a state of flow. Rather, it's just coasting on autopilot. Flow usually equates to deliberate practice.

I think there's some studies that have found that THC may reduce REM sleep. So while you're sleeping more easily, you're getting less "restful" sleep than you would sober.
