Anecdotally it really seems like this should be true. Cities in mostly ethnically homogeneous states tend to still have things of value that might draw people of diverse ethnic backgrounds. I'm in Nashville Tennessee and there are far

This is some crazy NIH syndrome from Canonical. We've been here before, of course - they pushed their own DE (the original Unity, not the current GNOME theme) for a while as a competitor to GNOME, and they also pushed Upstart over syst

Disney is a truly massive company. Looking at the performance of children's movies to gauge the overall health of Disney the company is sort of like looking at Whole Foods to gauge the overall health of Amazon.

I know lots of the SV VC oligarch cult just wants to race forward and create something like AGI that will help them conquer the world and achieve immortality somehow, but hopefully this remains in the realm of science fiction. As RMS says,

Of course, it's not a one-size fits all solution. I agree that ORMs are incredibly helpful and using them is almost always the right place to start for this sort of thing because they are very flexible and take away the cognitive load.

I never understood why this was allowed for so long. IPFS is primarily used to store infringing content, yet few users directly interacted with IPFS. Instead, they usually rely on Cloudflare basically serving as a free proxy. It's like
