You've got it backwards. Resumes are typically one page. CVs are detailed. In the USA most places will ask for a one page resume. I've noticed some tech companies want a longer resume or a CV though. http://theundercove

On the total flip side I remember when studying math in high school most of the other students HATED the math questions that required writing. It was like by that point they preferred the memorization. Maybe because that is what they were u

You do get immediate return on doing this. In art it is common to ask for critique-- it immediately improves that particular drawing (hey mate, you should maybe fix her nose, she looks like a pig) while also helping in the long run (okay I

I have to agree. Or even if people know of it, it's simply easier to press Enter than Shift + Enter. Thinking about it I don't think I know a single person who uses shift + enter aside from myself. I went back and checked my last

We've been drinking Uncle Matt's for a while now. It's usually about $4-5 where I live and that seems quite reasonable to me. No flavor packs, enzyme and BPA free. And it's organic. And it actually tastes like oranges.

Ehhh. Updates are frequently to fix things that were missed-- mistakes. No amount of money can completely eradicate mistakes. Even NASA which spends a lot of money and time on code still has mistakes that they have to go back and fix.

I think lack of ability to plan when and if you have a family is a contributor to poverty in many places. Children are expensive and time consuming. I've noticed here in the USA young girls getting pregnant and not being able to pursue

As much as I agree that the earth is overpopulated, I think better than taxing people is providing access to free birth control. A lot of people don't have access to it, or education about it.

It's not about the audience not having access. It's that the reporter is getting access without having ever paid for it. (Pirating, reading from another article, etc)

I think a lot of people are missing the point. The point isn't to be redundant and write in verbatim transcriptions. The point is to speak simply, as most people would out loud. Communication is about getting your point across. A lot o

These criminals are not stealing all these credit cards for fun. It's to make money. They have money. Obviously they can throw $200 at someone just to troll him. They could pull together more if they really decided it was necessary. Mo
