He shouldn't have to learn something new. It's bad for business to tell potential users "You're just going to have to get used to our system". Customers want a new tool/app/service to solve problems, not create new ones.

I've had far too many high-school teachers allow students to study copies of tests. The teachers are so worried about grades that they're willing to sacrifice integrity (?) to inflate them. As I understand it, this is something of a nationw
