They can already join your activity across everything. This is about access and collection. So if they move store.google.com to google.com/store, they will have access to all browser permissions you gave google.com/maps or google.

I tried doing something like this last year. It took a long time to get right. When it finally worked, the bill was far higher than i had estimated due to bandwidth. Overall, i love the idea, but it was a huge pain and not worth my time.
