I agree. Look at religion in China - despite being incredibly secular during the Communist period, religion is starting to return despite a good deal of government resistance.

Can you cite that? I thought that the PATH ran on the local tracks of the IND 6th Avenue tubes for most of it's Manhattan haul. I believe you are correct about the tracks through the cross river tubes, but less traffic makes it easier

That and the Shouting Fire thing are both directly harmful. Calling yourself an engineer, not a PE, without a a PE is not directly harmful, and the Constitution overrides state laws that claim otherwise. My money is on him in this one.

They'd probably need to conduct them in the regions where the "shotgun" part isn't a metaphor, like deep Appalachia or rural Missouri. I'm from Missouri and I promise, it's not always just a figure of speech.
