I live in Paris with an arguably good public transport system in place and Lime scooters were quite popular this summer. This is only anecdotally ofc, but you see a lot of people using them. There are not as many Bird scooters yet though. W

Latin or Romance languages and Germanic languages are quite different though. So Spanish/French/Italian have a lot in common in terms of grammar and vocabulary. Same for Germanic languages like German/Norsk/Swedish/

What I don't get, isn't GDPR supposed to make tracking opt-in? While most sites just give you the option to opt-out now! Isn't that a violation of GDPR?

It has risen for newer rentals. If I remember correctly, you can increase the rent max 3% per year for an ongoing contract and 10% in a new rental contract.

One could very much argue that having educated people is more beneficial to the society, and therefore for everyone, than it costs the society. Also educated pay more taxes individually since they usually earn more.

My conception is that in the US big cars like SUVs are much more common than in Europe and these cars have a much higher consumption of gas. That's kind of Europes point of view. Is that correct?
