The burden of proof is on the state, not the accused. The state must prove beyond a reasonable doubt, the accused is not obligated to provide anything in his defense.

Interesting that UK statutes don't define "sexual image". Most statutes here in the US do, just for clarity. Our definition of intent is the same, though. "Knows or reasonably should have known".
