They don't arbitrary choose however. They have published and objective criterias, and they're not singling out SNAP but it is literally the first big stock without ANY voting rights so theyve decided to draw the line now.

No. Regressive means it reduces as the quantity increases. Regressive pricing is a good thing for products. Progressive pricing like progressive taxation would suck!

Another interesting approach is rely on cosmic background noise bit flips. Do it on Google.com and you can get a few thousand visitors a week I.e. Register a domain where the ASCII representaton is 1 bit off.
