tl;dr I made it to "Testing does not increase quality; programming and design do" and quit. It seems clear that the author has a strong opinion on this and perhaps that has been formed by exposure to unit tests done wrong. I suppo

If you have a Microcenter near you, they often have 'in store only' sales. Right now a Zero W (limit 1) is $5 and a 3B+ is $25. Right now they list the 4GB 4B due in on the 28th for $55. (All $ in US.)

The flip side of that is drivers who make a right turn on red w/out stopping - slowing down only enough to maintain control of their vehicle. Some also ignore the signs that stipulate no right turn on red when pedestrians are present,

I've filed a few bug reports and I can't recall one that ever led to a fix. Most often they just sit there and get closed six months later for lack of activity. Some times they're fixed upstream. I found a bug in `dash` (Debi

Yes, I think they fixed the Killer problems on Ubuntu first and pushed their changes upstream. That may be why it works on Debian (It's only been a week.) I can dual boot Ubuntu but for reasons not immediately obvious to me DNS queries

Have you purchased a Lenovo lately? I've not had good luck with them. Despite 2 returns for service my Thinkpad T500 remained with a loose charging connector. My next Lenovo (notably not a Thinkpad) was a Y50 Ideapad. Audio to the spea

Not unlike a motorcycle either where at least the older ones had separate controls for front and rear brakes. Some newer bikes have linked brakes where applying front and/or rear partially actuates the other end as well.

The picture "Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel" is startlingly similar to one of the scenes in the Mines of Moria (Lord of the Rings - Peter Jackson's movie.)

Define runner. I skimmed the article and didn't see it. Maybe I missed it. Some runners train for long distances - marathons or longer. At the opposite end of the spectrum are the sprinters who train for a short burst of maximum speed.
