The ROI on a solar water heater is terrible. Cost us $10k before rebates (half that with) and saved us less than $50 a month in electricity. If I stuck around for a decade it might have paid off but given a family member's unit didn&#x

Implicit can make things hard to understand meaning it should be used with caution. But allowing CustomInt i = 0; instead of CustomInt i = CustomInt::Zero; or worse CustomInt i = static_cast<CustomInt>(i); isn't a bad thing.

Doesn't everybody not require only a password? Offline you need the database which isn't public. Online you usually need something else on new machines to get at the true master password.

You can't donate money to dodge taxes. You need to donate a good and have it be overvalued or maintain control over it. Gates mostly donated shares who have a fair value (market value). Gates similarly has control over direction but is

Non-intoxicated drivers do slow down in less forgiving environments though. It isn't that accidents are impossible but the impact speed if you were doing 30 mph is livable. If you were drunk doing 60 mph it wouldn't be.

Only recently has the traffic safety community started ignoring drunk drivers. Historically we measured efficacy by measuring fatalities. If you treat all deaths as equal your minimizing function will be narrow viewed.
