To quote the first step of the actual porting process: "Please note: at this time, number porting to Google Voice is not available for land line numbers or corporate mobile numbers."

Wow I've been using the famfamfam Silk collection forever now but these are a welcome alternative. Thanks for the link.

With that question in mind, BlendTec is the only blender company that I know of. Granted, I don't exactly pay much attention to the blender market, but I think that's the point.

I've been waiting for this for quite some time now. I just picked up a license solely for the purpose of checking out his code for the map designer. Can't wait!

To answer your questions, yes it has an SD slot on the right-hand side. I've been looking around but can't determine the exact size of the SSD. No idea on the specifics but I am aware that the CPU is an Intel Atom chip.

Wow, when I filled out the application (developer) form only two days ago I was sure I wouldn't be receiving one considering they even mentioned there were limited numbers available. Mine showed up at my doorstep just over an hour ago. Amaz

Any info as to why the V1 is the best out there? I have a Passport 9500ix and my friend owns a V1. I'm constantly noticing that his goes off for many, many more false positives than my 9500ix does. Not trying to start a war or anything,

Thanks! Yeah I've become quite accustomed to using Modernizr (thanks to inclusion in the Html5Boilerplate). LABjs always seemed like the most straightforward to me, so its nice to hear that others agree :)

I've been reading up alot on javascript loaders lately to see which one I should use in the webapp I'm currently building. So far I'm checking out LABjs, RequireJS and now apparently headjs. Unfortunately I am not so sure which will suit m

This is excellent. I've been wanting a similar PHP version of the Html5Boilerplate for some time now. If this saves me as much time as the Html5 version, I'd hop on this in a heartbeat. Seeing more PHP frameworks take this approach would b

Sadly it has reduced me to tears as well because I literally had to tackle this very issue only yesterday. That feature alone though is an absolute godsend.

I like the new Google Calendar extension, but I think it would've been nice if they had integrated the functionality of the Calendar Checker in to the new one. I like the badge that pops up displaying just how many days/hours are left unti

This is huge for me. I manage an inventory system for several government contractors and you'd be amazed at the thousands and thousands of inconsistencies you can find. Sometimes it takes days, and on one occasion, two weeks to completely

I love this book! The advanced topics really helped me out with some performance issues I was having with my own sites. Definitely a recommended read.

I've had constant issues with 1and1 over the years with their less than reliable uptime. At least one of my sites (which are relatively low-traffic sites) goes down once a week for an undetermined amount of time. Has anybody had better exp

This is interesting. Just the other day I saw a flash ad on Reddit touting all the new features in Visual Studio 2010. I was surprised to see that one of the slides mentioned "Support for including the jQuery Framework". Glad to see that

Really cool idea, but I must admit using this is going to take some time to get used to, especially if you are a user that prefers to skim read particular sites. My only other complaint would be the ability to blacklist certain sites. EDIT:

I've always found their openId approach to be pretty nice, actually. I do occasionally find myself being automatically logged out for seemingly no reason at all but it only takes two clicks to log right back in.

These are nice, but I still find that Zurb's example's are still the best out there. http://www.zurb.com/article/266/super-awesome-buttons-with-c... I use them on nearly all of my projects.
