It's not just syscalls. If you trust all of the running code, you can use a single address space for all applications and even the kernel, which lets you avoid TLB flushes. Whether that's still a good idea given Spectre is another

This patch uses a DNS extension to report the running version and check for updates. The messages are encrypted in flight. The feature is gated at build-time, and enabled in the packages.sury.org repo and in the ondrej PPA.
