Good for anti-competitive claims MS makes. Google claims each department tries to independently make the best product available and no favors are given to google products. This is a perfect example that google's content spam does not care i

True, that is incredible that we can kick this disease pretty hard now. However the problem still stands, the only known solution is a bone marrow transplant and that requires a corpse + a 50/50 chance to die.

So the great part of this is that pretty much you can live to a ripe old age. The issue is price. If we can TREAT it for a person's life, thats great. That is no solution for a massive epidemic in Africa though where we'd be lucky to vaccin

So honestly while I am super excited about the possibility of AIDS being a fear of the past, heres my criticism: I read sometime ago that the conundrum with AIDS is that the better the immune system response, the faster it spreads. Because

People love the new "everything is social" movement (twitter, FB, etc) and now color. The problem is that people don't realize what they are exposing and the conflict of interest is that these companies want EVERYTHING exposed so they can a

I am in full support of a judge that deeply understands the issues at hand. However there is a clear conflict of interest here. The law is supposed to be impartial. I am all for judges sympathetic to the cause, but I don't want that either.

Other than awesomeness, what is most striking is that you can almost read the text on the covers of the books next to the people, which is way on the other side of the room. Pretty incredible. If only our eyes could see that well :)

Ah, finally, a way to legally upload a ton of pirated songs and share login credentials so that hundreds of people can download them without hitting up torrents and thus placing 90% of the cost onto amazon.

I am willing to bet good money the problem NYT faces is the same problem that www.expertsexchange.com faces (opse forgot a dash), google won't index them if you get a paywal when you are a user vs a bot. So probably the reason for the CSS h

An interesting turn of events. However a ruling on this will indicate that if sony wants to sue anyone for hardware hacking, they will have to do it in the jurisdiction of where the person lives, not where sony choses.

What strikes me most about this story is the ATT response. True this is not wireless. 2% of users use 20% of the bandwidth, so they claim that it is only fair to charge. Which is fine. However the price mentioned is actually what really hit

Seems like whenever there is a no-drm success and they are interviewed it is EXACTLY the same argument/story: 1) If 10,000 people will buy my X I will have sold 10,000. I will not have sold more since nobody else was willing to pay. 2) If 1
