Ok: a) Shitty jobs will offer shitty salaries b) Employers who have shitty employees will feel a senior is worth 50k. Why? Because their "seniors" are juniors at best and are doing the recruiting. c) Location. If they are the only game in t

That's not true and is horsecrap. a) check length of password. Length < 6 = fail. Length < 10 = complexity requirement. Length < 15 = less complexity requirement. Length > 15 = secure. b) ALWAYS do a dictionary lookup on the

Looks like MS is pushing hard for "upgrade to our latest os or DIE"... It's ok, their office will support windows 2k if it has to because its the big money maker. And people will leave IE behind soon enough.

Most animals spend 100% of the time conserving energy or hunting (primates and children play excluded). They don't do leisure. Evolution favors the plentiful. Some might say the most fit to survive the earth are the roaches. We can't kill t

"No idea why Google wouldn’t be leading the way on this." Because Google cares about making the best technology that thinks solely about the user and in no way acts in Google's interest? Possibly because its not high priority for them.

Yes but the problem is when markets hijack business models. Like what apple did with in-app sales.

This does not say "its not your fault" its more of "its not your fault for being ignorant to the harm of sugar, but its still up to you to watch what you eat". Its like saying "its not your fault, smoking is addictive"... thats right, its a

Humans have a problem with those sort of issues. Furthermore when surrounded by pretty much everything sugar, its kind of hard to avoid. Imagine if we were to find out tomorrow that people who use facebook are 60% likely to die of a seizure

ummmmm... wtf? This sounds a lot like a setup of google voice. I create a GV account for my "home" phone which is forwarded to my cell phones. If only I had sprint cell service in my apartment. Works literally everywhere but there.

Its so native to win vista/7 that it does not support windows xp which Opera/Firefox/Chrome ALL support WITH their performance improvements AND they've done so while staying ahead of IE9. I guess if that's native, yes IE9 wins. I think in u

So first of all, the demographics may be at play here. Second of all, if yahoo is "powered by bing" that basically means that bing in itself did not win anything, they just took an entire existing user base and replaced one engine with anot
