This is part of the problem. Huge enterprise companies in this space primarily grow through acquisitions, leading to a huge patchwork of products in the same company all doing the same thing. ADP are kings at this—so many different versions

My two biggest annoyances with Gmail: One of my accounts has this bar at the top reminding me that a couple accounts are linked. It says this notice will remain for a few days, then disappear... it's been there now for 3 or 4 months. Second

Any advice for getting started for someone without a Mac? I remember once trying to learn and immediately stalling out during setup (lame, I know). I have WinXP & Ubuntu, and would like to take a stab at this again no matter how stupid

I've only had two salaried jobs in the US, but both had an eight-hour workday in total with 30-60 minutes for lunch. i.e. 9-5 I do pity fellow Americans working 8-5 or 9-6.

Yes. You have a segment -- and we'll shortly see how large it is -- that were OK with higher prices because of convenience. Reduce the convenience, and you've made it harder for certain, but not all, folks to justify the cost for themselves
