HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 don't require HTTPS because "it benefits Google" or whatever, but rather because it's the only way those protocols could be usable to begin with. It is possible to use HTTP/2 without HTTP

This is because tuples like `(T, U)` implement `PartialOrd` - this is actually useful. If you are going to implement `PartialOrd` for tuples, it makes sense to implement it for 0-tuple too.

In my opinion, Ghost made a mistake in terminating the service without prior notice (although I think it would be okay for them to do so with prior notice). The terms of the service allow doing so for any reason, but that's no justific

It's work in progress, however you may want to take a look at https://rust-lang.github.io/unsafe-code-guidelines/ . As far thread safety goes (threads, locks, atomics), memory model matches C++ specification.

If a retail store removes a product from their shelves, you still have alternatives - selling your product in other stores, providing mail order, and so on. With Apple App Store, there is no alternative. Your iOS application cannot be distr

Unlikely. It's going to be a restricted permission on Google Play, which means the application must have a good reason to use it. Specifics will be provided later, but I'm pretty sure a mobile game won't have a reason to use

This can be dealt with by using a different comparison function, say `.sort((a, b) => a.localeCompare(b, 'en', {numeric: true}))`.

If that helps, there is a rate limit for checking whether a number is in Signal: with a single account, you can only check 4320 phone numbers a day. This makes mass user enumeration attacks somewhat less practical.

5 kilobit per second should be fine for IRC. A typical PRIVMSG command is what, 200 bytes or so, which gives space for three PRIVMSGs in a second. IRC doesn't compress, but it's also not particularly wasteful with bandwidth.
