I recommended using discord in order to do voicechat with the team I'm on. Most other teams use something like talky.io or appear.in. Give me an application anyday.

Mobx needs more love. For flexibility I am leaning towards making MobX as a choice in projects and then being able to build up towards an architecture like Flux in an application.

I think it's great what you're doing to reduce friction for developers. I don't think people want to take time to configure environments. It's just that we've all been bitten by environment configuration and sometim

I think the DI was for a view controller in this case. In normal usage I would agree. DI -> use the constructor. Even in languages like Java and C# I would advocate constructor injection. View controllers and where they get instantiated

I concur wholeheartedly. I've had people claim that they do agile. No retrospectives or any kind of feedback loop in their processes. No modification of work tracking either. All of that customization was from the top. Basically break

It's important to remember the historical context for Agile. Agile grew up and started where there was Waterfall. From that viewpoint of Agile != Waterfall, it is a step forward. There will always be resentment towards agile. There are

Hone in is so common that it's now listed. To hone is to sharpen or to perfect. You can hone a blade. Home in is the phrase that has more widespread use. A missile homes in. It probably has roots to do with homing pigeons.

It's most likely so you don't have to update the binary when the next version of LLVM comes out. There are a lot of apps that don't get updated with major iOS versions and they would likely see improvement. Conspiracy theorie

I bought a copy of Write Now! and it improved my handwriting considerably. After going through it (it's essentially a workbook) I was kind of pissed at the absurdity that was the cursive that I learned in grade school.

Seeing as a lot of people are pointing out the omission of a comma, what would you say to a person who wasn't economically fortunate but ended up in a GT program? Would that justify the tax expense?
