I wouldn't say over sampling is wrong. Inefficiency and inaccuracy has different consequences in my opinion. Maybe I'm missing something idk.

What do you want to learn? Try top down approach. Meaning if you want to build electronics, start broad, get Arduino, run sample code, get it to do things, then dive into details only if it's necessary. In my opinion, it's useless

I imagine the process is like any acquisition. From what I've seen so far, basic things people look for: 1. Business Registration (LLC, B corp, C corp, etc) 2. PnL for past 5 years 3. Tax statements 4. Banking statements 5. Inspect cod
