There was a comment here claiming that doing your own wiring is illegal in the Netherlands, but it was (rightly) deleted. It is completely legal to do. I do my own wiring too; it's not hard to do this safely in most of Europe.

No. This is a very complicated domain due to the stringent legal requirements (which vary by country of course). Also, going in to healthcare software would trigger anti-trust lawsuits in a number of regions.

A fun thing they show in the animations is how you can do basic arithmetic in the size fields. So if you've setup your document in millimetres (I do this for woodworking designs) and you have a shape with width 5mm you can do this:

That's just because the physical shop closed in the course of the bankruptcy proceedings, not because the bicycles were repossessed. If VanMoof does go tits-up, these bicycles will still belong to their owners. It sucks not to be able

Interesting view of the Netherlands, but you can't reach most of the ten largest cities in the Netherlands within 30 minutes by train or 90 by bicycle from most of the other cities. Eindhoven, Groningen, Tilburg, Breda, Nijmegen are al

The tiny town (not village) of Stavoren is fortunate enough to actually have a train station (not to mention a ferry link to Enkhuizen). That it still has a train link is a miracle in itself. A lot of those lines were on a razor's edge

This is why for this kind of map the geography is usually left as-is in one of the usual common projections, with a colour scale marking the time-distance, rather than distorting the geography.
