Postgres stores this as TIMESTAMP WITHOUT TIME ZONE, sometimes called wall-clock time. IMO this is a good convention -- treating "ideal times" and specific epoch moments as two different types -- and more languages should support

A first stop could be that the LLM becomes good enough at economic manipulation to pay humans to maintain and upgrade itself. A possible next stop is that the LLM becomes better than humans at designing new algorithms and hardware.

In many cases, the message payload is (or should be) an ID anyway. It's seldom desirable for the message payload to include a copy of an external source of truth, because it can cause sync issues. There are exceptions, of course.
