No overtreatment is an concern. Just because you detect potential cancer earlier, does not mean that your life will be prolonged.

To be honest all this skin cancer detection stuff is kind of non-proven to be effective. Problem with this is that it leads to overtreatment and a non-measurable prolonging of life-time.

Go diaper-less, it is easy and clean. I know it is hard to imagine for the western mind. But most human ever lived, have never seen a diaper. There are lot of wrong with diapers e.g. rash etc. Google split-pants, elimination communication!
