If you do find or use such a license, it's definitely not open source. According to the OSI, the only authority on what constitutes open source, open source license must not discriminate against fields of endeavour: > 6. No Discrimi

DRM makes it hard for me to make backup copies of media that I've bought and own, so you can see how DRM goes against your stated belief. That's just one for starters. The article itself goes into a few more reasons.

CC0 is not a great license for code weirdly enough. OSI never approved it as an open source license because of a clause about patents. https://opensource.org/faq#cc-zero

Do you have to set it up manually? How is this better than downloading one of the privacy-protecting extensions available for most desktop browsers?

What about contactless cards? I personally find contactless cards, common in the UK, much more convenient than having to faff about with my phone, which may be out of battery.

What if the reason is that Facebook started a patent war with them? Is it fair that Facebook disables all of their opponents' patents, whether they are related to React or not? In my mind, that's not fair. If they promised to disa

I would edit that to say "as long as you stick with UTF-8 for everything." Unicode defines more than one encoding, not just UTF-8, but also UTF-16 and UTF-32.

No, LGBTI+people are not killed everyday in America for being an "abomination to God". It's a lot lower than that. Women do get medical support, maybe not enough, it's not true that all women are denied medical support.

Yes! I am using macOS at work, and I was surprised to discover that I like Homebrew much more than Ubuntu's APT, because of how up-to-date Homebrew's packages are.

A capital B indicates "byte", and a lower-case b indicates "bit". 240 MBps is eight times faster than 240 Mbps. When it comes to speeds in bits per second, M almost always means 1000000, and not 1048576.
