Perhaps I misunderstood Holocracy when I looked into it but I thought it was about being able to modify the structure of the organisation in real-time, so it had just the right amount of structure. http://wiki.holacracy.org/

IE11 has an IE7 compatibility mode so line-of-business apps are going to be targeting IE7 for a long time to come. One of my employer's clients is only now willing to pay to upgrade from IE5.5 rendering on IE8 to IE7 on 11.

If they were commonplace, they could monitor each other. As soon as one is tampered with, others could be re-reouted to follow the perpitrators. It would be like having a mobile CCTV network.
