Disappointing. There's no discussion of how much they paid, or how they actually got their domain name. From the article, it makes it seem as though they are in a lease to buy situation.

Ironically for a community so adamant about data liberation, there is no way to delete your posts or identity. I am surprised there aren't laws to force site owners to allow users to delete their information.

Almost all of the gripes people have with Apple Internet services and software involve Cue's products, not Forstall's. But because Cue doesn't have any interest in the top job, and because of his seniority, he ducks blame every time.

I have to agree with this. It's obvious these guys are smart and savvy. Couldn't they have come up with a new, brilliant idea instead of a Pokemon clone? I hope this gets acquired so they can spend their 20s doing something more meaningful.

I disagree. Some information is worth paying for. If it was voted up, others agreed. You are always free to avoid it. How will we get high quality investigative content if none of us wants to pay for it?
