Won't they have the same problem Google is having, where since the content is AI generated and the AI is controlled by TripAdvisor, they are liable for what it says?

And this, is the damn harsh truth.

I wonder if it's because phone thermals are way worse so always heating up?

I live in Canada but was born in Italy. I want to often buy books in Italian (digital) and it's incredibly complicated because licensing deals are never for people speaking Italian in Canada. You often need an Italian credit card to pa

I mean, people are sick what, 3 times per year? Those with kids probably around 7. So for simplicity, let's say people self diagnose 4 times per year and they are right 4 times because they are not dead and back to work. You can then g

Indeed the danger is there, but their hardware is open, so there is always the option to switch. Also piracy will go rampant if Steam stops being a good actor. That being said, what alternatives you have? GOG lacks support for Linux, Sony c

If I go to the gym 5 times per week but otherwise sit all day, am I considered sedentary?

by Fire-Dragon-DoL 3mo ago
It's been discussed a long time. Nobody knows, but apparently he had been preparing his son for it. Don't quote me on that, it's what I heard

It still costs double a PlayStation, but yeah, I just bought one. I have kids and a big Steam library, so I am actually saving money with that over a console

I don't disagree with you, but open hardware DOES make a difference, in the worst case scenario I can turn the hardware into a GOG machine, or into a PC. Also if they ever lock my library, I am turning to piracy (I have 1000+ games)

Gog might consider linux more, which will make me reconsider it. I stopped buying from them because the lack of linux support

That will put them in direct competition with Steam, though. Suddenly their cheaper console will result in way higher cost for the lifetime of the console. Killing the used market is a very bad idea. Remember what happened with xbox?

Kinda. On Steam I can still play games I bought 18 years ago. Still walled garden, but they act way better.

Please do! I figured out consistency, but I think I can gain way more from my training that what I am currently getting. I do have a hard requirement of minimizing time while maximizing gain, so I do 1 hour weight lifting 3 times per week a

This was gold, thank you for linking it. I need to find somebody to monitor my form but I am not that far from doing what this post suggests! Over 60 you cannot build muscles anymore?

Could you provide some resources for learning?

This resonates strongly with me, which is why I find more important having some form of namespacing than anything else. OOP has been muddied so much too, it would be interesting if we taught only the "separation of responsibilities&quo

Do you mean what i am suggesting is fraud? Because when Sony entered the agreement for the movies, you can definitely bet they knew how long it was going to last, and the button I am confident it said "buy" (i don't have a Pl

I think it should specifically say for how long you are renting it. They knew already when the contract would expire, why renting the movie didn't say "rent for 7 years" (or whatever the timeframe was)

There is also something that doesn't show up in statistics, where in Italy the AC is kept at higher temperatures in public buildings. I am not sure why, I guess the whole "too much temperature difference", yet I have been to

Not really? There are so many places with no ac (still) and there are so many places with ac kept too low. Vancouver is a mess with ac too, but Vancouver is also way cooler

How do you prepare for such thing? Do you sell all stocks now? Then what?

I don't like the screen time generalization either. What about watching a tv show with a parent explaining? What about trying a videogame with a controller on an actual game console, experiencing remote controlling something in a scree

I mean, to everyone their own? I would have saved money in the long run with a steam machine

I might not be understanding what you are saying. I am suggesting that having a PC + a Steam Machine, you can play 2 different games at the same time from 2 different people. With a 50ft cable from one pc, you can play at most 2 instances o

That's where I am at, but I think me and you ARE the audience the Steam Machine is aimed at.
