I normally have three meetings over the week. One short team meeting to spread the work, a stand-up to present what we're doing this week to the rest of the company, and a stand-down on Friday to present what we've done. Total amou

I don't want to be that guy, but I can count at least two spelling mistakes: It's spelled "Colombia", not Columbia. Also, it's Daniel Defoe, not Defor.

I agree with all you've said, including that probably the US bribes (or threatens) as much or more than the EU. But being even more cynical about it, this is just the way the free market sneaks in, including these big government deals:

As someone that uses the language everyday, these are real quirks on the language, but they are not showstoppers. The benefits of using exactly the same language in front-end and back-end, with shared types and everything, largely offset th

I'm trying to bring light-fields to the masses, as the next level of VR immersive experiences. I'm building a cheap light-field video-camera and the software to process it automatically and reproduce the videos with a VR headset.

I've been thinking about creating a company, or foundation, around the idea of owning your own data. You'd have a hardware device like a powerful tablet always connected at home, and use a "generic" third party to do bac

Someone did not put 100 usd in bitcoin in 2010 and hodl it. Anyway, fiat currencies are a scam, on a much longer timescale. How much was 1 usd in 1900 in comparison to 1 usd today?
