It’s not necessarily harder than other aspects. However: - It requires an AI that actually understands English, I.e. an LLM. Older, diffusion-only models were naturally terrible at that, because they weren’t trained on it. - It requires the

> Are you saying metal detectors don’t work? Every time they've tested it, the testers were able to get 70-80% of their weapons past the TSA; which, yes, includes guns. I don't know precisely how they achieved that, but they

What prevents them is the reinforced cockpit door, and the passengers’ knowledge that they’ll die if they don’t stop the hijackers. The TSA just happened to be made ac the same time as that changed.

Safety isn’t really optional. Up until now, we’ve had no choice but to run C and accept the bugs; now we’re allowed to also run it safely. Yes, this means that C is one of the slower languages around. That’s fine; computers are fast. If you

Sure, it’s a crime for the bots, but it would also be a crime for the ordinary users that you want to access the website. Or if you make it clear that they’re allowed, I’m not sure you can stop the bots then.

Both can be true. LLMs tend to be mediocre at (almost) everything, so they're always going to be worse than the user at whatever the user is an expert in. But 'mediocre' isn't 'useless'.

I should have added “sometimes”. It worked fine that way with most games (I have the same CPU), but Cyberpunk 2099 in particular really doesn’t like that configuration.

Nvidia works great, and has since this summer. So long as you’re on a recent release you shouldn’t have issues. Nvidia on a machine with an AMD iGPU requires you to blacklist the amdgpu module.
