   HIPPA fines are per record - if this is found to break HIPPA rules, and the tracking has been in place for a while, the cost could be huge.

   Turo is a service that lets you rent out your car when you aren't using it, so it could provide a 2ndary income stream while you are at work

   Have you found the additional property tax to cancel out any benefits of no state Income tax? Especially this year with Caps to SALT ?

   Remote SE here - I live in the Sierra Nevadas in Truckee, CA. I chose to live here because its close to skiing/hiking, easy to get to SF for work once a month, and easy for people from the bay to visit. Plus Reno airport within 40 mins
