You know, when I think back to FFVII (I never played any others after this). Trying to breed the correct chocobo is probably the worst part of the game. For the gold, did you not need a special potion or something (and many guesses) bred wi

Is not-for-profit not superflous on a government body supplying 50% of it's income? Who pays for the 6 figure board salaries? Is that from the profit part, or me the tax payer? Just seems a bit stretched. never-gonna-profit

I also don't get this point (I am not the brightest bulb :D) In Typescript anyway, `const` means I am not allowed to reassign. Attempting to change it just will cause compiler warnings. If you mean that, ignore Typescript and tooling,

I always use `const` unless i can't otherwise `let`. There is no place for `var` although everyone has an opinion this has always worked for me.

Not entirely true. The Flash Runtime was ES4. Few who made applications after 2006 used Flash Pro. It was an Eclipse based editor for the most part (Flash Builder). However I get the point, but I feel it is important to stress this differen

This is really great! I love "toys" like this on the web, they were prominent in Flash, but then the web looked like bootstrap, and now like Material Design... Sometimes, a little bit of web creativity is what you need to brighten

Is it possible where cameras simply become so good on devices, that the next hollywood blockbuster is filmed on an iphone? I know that is ridiculous, but I remember a "1mp" camera was advertised everywhere as a thing for a phone t

The thing I can't stand (rage) is when you see something interesting, then have to trawl through dick jokes, and dank memes.... to find an actual real topic answer to a redditor's interesting question. It winds me up no end! This

At Uni, I smoked and I would select smokes over food or rent any day. I guess not having a job wouldn't make me feel any different. What good is a tin of beans compared to killing the craving for a smoke for an hour? No contest.

I love TypeScript! Forgive my ignorance but what purpose does WebAssembly have in this context? I assumed that stuff like ASM was really for other non-native applications. Say for example a C++ game which then can run in the browser or stuf
