That does seem… odd. I’ve been enjoying mushrooms multiple times a year for 22 years. I’ve been around a lot of other people doing mushrooms. On fire lookouts. Rooftops. High in the mountains of Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. And I hav

Hard disagree. What are some obvious opposites - fat/skinny, smart/dumb, rich/poor, short/tall, crazy/not crazy… does anyone really think the greater the distance between those qualities the stronger the attraction,

You should read that article about how y’all got duped into buying diamonds as tokens of your love. It’s enlightening. And… I mean… we have (thank Satan) done away with swearing on bibles in all nations and all but a few backwater states in

Counterpoint of 1 - for me, a morning Red Bull has the same deuce-inducing result as coffee. Both have higher amounts of caffeine than a Coke.

As long as we’re throwing out random theories, I submit he is just a cocksure asshole who still thinks he’ll get away with his scam based on who mommy, daddy, and their friends are. Pardon the language, but I think it is the most apt.

I imagine “connoisseurs” would try to disagree, but Mr Coffee makes a legitimately decent all-in-one machine for $230 - the One Touch CoffeeHouse. I mostly drink lattes and while they are not as frothy and airy as one from an actual coffee

I litigated mesothelioma cases and our experts were paid $600-$1,100/hr, depending on the expert. $1,000 is high but not unheard of. What’s really wild is, in addition to prep time, they get paid that from the second they cross the thr

This is a fun blog. It reminds me of old sites like Fuck Yeah Mens Wear, that smartly poked fun at consumerism. These days such pages seem to get commercialized and soul-crushed so quickly we hardly get time to appreciate them.

My understanding is that bacon itself is not the culprit of the possible (note — possible) carcinogen. The sodium nitrate that is often used as a preservative is. Nitrate-free bacon is easy to find though.

Can’t reply to the comment below inquiring about odor, but people smoking crack are easy to spot as you don’t roll crack in a cigarette, you smoke it out of a heated glass pipe. It looks entirely different. So it’s easy to notice when done

Unadorned popped kernels are relatively low calorie, I think - 3 cups is less than 100 calories. Popcorn is also a decent source of roughage.

Popcorn is a magnificent flavor-vehicle! My personal favorite is to melt salt, ginger, and sugar in butter and toss the popcorn in that tasty mixture. Or just douse the popped-kernels in sriracha.

It’s odd in that there appears to be only a small handful of countries that do this. North Korea this year isn’t odd compared to North Korea last year, but sure is odd compared to any democratic nation.

People have been saying this and it has been happening; it sounds like you may be unfamiliar with how many jobs are regularly shifted overseas: “Since Trump’s inauguration on 20 January 2017 to 31 July 2020, over 308,000 workers have been c
