One compelling reason is so that when pointing at something with the cursor, it doesn't block the thing you're pointing at. If the cursor was mirrored or even centered, hovering over a button would obscure some of the button. This

It's not incredibly stupid, because making it backwards compatible is impossible. How could IPv4 devices ever use IPv6 addresses? They simply don't have enough space to store the bits in the address.

I've read the docs. Too much explanation of command line flags, not enough practical examples. It is thorough though.

But having AI extend your notes includes all the loss of the initial summarization, with extra AI randomness on top. It can't recover the information lost in the summary, that's what makes the summary lossy.
